Zero Emission-Ready Buildings
Some jurisdictions don’t yet have electrical grids that are free of GHG pollution. Buildings in those regions which are electried at the Gold, Silver or Bronze levels qualify for a Zero Emission-Ready Certificate, because they have done all they can, and are ready for when their grid becomes clean. (If they generate as much electricity as they consume with solar panels or other clean technology, or if they buy their electricity from a zero emission provider such as Bullfrog Power, they will be listed above as Zero Emitters).
